What brings me to this work?

Taylor Pratt joins Achieve Atlanta as the Director, External Impact. In this role, Taylor will work with external partners and workforce groups to further Achieve Atlanta’s impact within and outside metro Atlanta. Most recently, Taylor served as an elementary school principal where he led school turnaround efforts to improve and sustain academic, social/emotional, and behavioral outcomes for all students. Prior to this, Taylor served as an assistant principal and classroom teacher.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in multicultural and ethical educational leadership from Kennesaw State University.
