The Chick-fil-A Global Impact Fellows Program is a 12-month developmental program that uniquely integrates high-level community impact work experience with professional development. The Global Impact Fellow will be responsible for working with teams across the business to help deliver successful Global Impact programming and further impactful stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Fellows will support the PBISP team in a variety of ways, including: community partnerships, volunteerism, military support activations, impact reporting & data analytics, stakeholder engagement, impact storytelling.
- Design and lead projects for several stakeholder engagement initiatives that further Chick-fil-A’s Global Impact strategic priorities.
- Support special projects led by the PBISP, volunteerism activations, and other opportunities within Global Impact.
- Develop a Fellowship Capstone Project, design an execution plan, lead the implementation, and track project impact.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Community activation or volunteer management experience
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics, marketing and storytelling

The Audience Editor is the embedded, desk‑specific partner to Audience Strategy & Insights, translating audience signals into clear editorial choices. You will supply the desk with essential performance learnings; shape framing, formats, and distribution to meet audience demand; and collaborate across Search, Social, Home, Newsletters, and Product to maximize reach, habit, and engagement (including among subscribers).Â
Responsibilities:
- Deliver concise, actionable daily/weekly/monthly insights that guide coverage decisions and follow‑ups.Â
- Partner with Product and platform teams (Search, Social, Home, Newsletters) to identify opportunities in modules, templates, topic hubs, and alerting.Â
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly audience updates, synthesizing insights into desk and section reviews.Â
- Evaluate the desk’s presence and strategy across platforms; identify growth opportunities in formats and account strategy.Â
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in digital journalism, audience or content strategy, or analytics.Â
- Strong ability to spot coverage, framing, and format opportunities that drive reach and engagement.Â
- Skilled at interpreting data and partnering with analytics to shape on‑ and off‑platform presentation.Â

The Associate News Editor will be at the forefront of a new era in journalism—leveraging AI tools to produce multiple stories each day while applying editorial judgment to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality. They will play a key role in integrating the use of generative AI and automation tools into our newsroom.
- Produce, edit, and publish multiple AI-assisted stories daily.
- Apply editorial judgment to ensure AI-generated content meets standards for accuracy, fairness, and journalistic integrity.
- Continuously learn and implement new AI technologies to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Respond quickly and accurately to breaking news.
- Monitor multiple sources for emerging stories, trends and topics.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in digital news journalism, with a background in reporting, pitching and assigning stories, and competency with editing and publishing.
- Sound editorial judgment and understanding of media law.
- Ability to produce and edit content under tight deadlines.
- Organization and planning skills.
