Associate Benefits Specialist | Doordash
In this position, you will play a key role in helping Doordash scale, support, and improve its global benefits and time off programs by supporting its global projects. You will report to the Director, Benefits on the Global Rewards team in their People organization.Â
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of benefit plans through working with vendors as well as internal partners to ensure the effective delivery of benefits to employees
- Support audit and compliance activities across benefit and leave programs
- Support benefits budget, including creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices and tracking expenses
- Leverage AI and automation to scale and develop benefits processes
Qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the administration of benefit programs
- A resourceful subject matter expert in multiple areas of benefits administration and compliance and can effectively communicate this expertise with stakeholders
- Experience giving presentations and explaining HR related concepts to mid to large size groups
- Experience with Workday administering and implementing benefit programs with reliable data

Field Engineer | Centerline
We are seeking a recent college grad or early career RF Engineer to join our team. This individual will plan and carry out engineering services requested by our customers, including benchmark and continuous wave testing, RF Engineering design, commissioning, testing, optimization, and consulting services.
- Communicate with the sales team and end customers to determine project scopes, timelines and deliverables.
- Plan and carry out engineering services necessary to complete each project’s scope of work.
- Operate RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers and RF scanners to evaluate RF statistics and performance.
- Monitor and report on project statuses to the sales team and management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Relevant college courses or internship/0-2 years experience DAS commissioning, integration and optimization experience with background working with commercial and public safety DAS
- Knowledge of industry software (IBwave, Atoll, Ekhau, etc.)
- Proficiency in sound engineering logic and RF and telecommunications theory
- Experience in core engineering services, design and commissioning/integration data collection; certifications a plus
Pay: $55,500-$82,000/yr
