Client Service Associate 

Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and will be able to assist clients with their everyday needs.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
• Answering inbound phone calls or making outbound calls (e.g., scheduling follow-up calls with FAs/PWAs/teams as needed)
• Managing the calendar including coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material prep (e.g., maintaining agendas, sending calendar invites with Zoom credentials)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred Morgan Stanley EOE committed to diversifying its workforce.
• Industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) Knowledge/Skills

Student Financial Management Specialist

The specialist is primarily responsible for providing excellent in-person and telephone customer service within a high-volume environment to students, parents, and the university community about financial aid student account processes. This position is also responsible for assisting with outreach efforts to help support enrollment and retention objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provides information to students, parents, colleagues, and the university community regarding financial aid and student accounts via phone and in-person in accordance with federal, state, Board of Regents, and institutional regulations. Investigates and provides solutions regarding financial aid and student account customer issues.
• Reviews the accuracy of financial aid applications and verifies application information with supporting documentation.
• Evaluates financial circumstances to determine appropriate student account payment options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience; or combination of education and related experience.
