Acquisitions & Development Intern | Balsam Green
The Acquisitions & Development Intern will report to the CEO and assist the Director of Acquisitions. There will be one position in in both of our Minneapolis and Atlanta offices.Â
Responsibilities:
- Assist in underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities for affordable multi-family housing
- Analyze existing due diligence materials and summarize opportunities and concerns
- Research subject property, surrounding community and competition for trends
- Assist in construction and asset management processes
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recent graduate of a four-year degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
- Previous real estate, finance or accounting experience as intern or entry level position
- Experience creating and developing financial underwriting models in excel
- Experience with Monday project management/CRM, task management experience or similar software
Pay: $14.50 – $19.25/hr
Medical Receptionist | Family Healthcare of Atlanta
Family Healthcare of Atlanta is a dynamic growing medical and aesthetic practice conveniently located right off I-75. We are currently seeking a medical receptionist that is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries
- Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies
- Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience as a medical receptionist in a medical office or recent training in a medical receptionist program
- Be detailed oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in use of eClinical Works (ECW) software is highly desirable
Pay: $18.50-$22.50/hr
