What brings me to this work?
I grew up in Atlanta and saw firsthand how access to education can shape a person’s future—or limit it. I wanted to use my data skills to support a mission I believe in, and I’m grateful to work at an organization that’s focused on expanding opportunities for students.
Brian graduated from Emory University in 2024 with a BBA in Strategy & Management Consulting and Quantitative Sciences. As Manager, Data Analysis at Achieve Atlanta, he manages the organization’s internal data systems and analytical processes to support strategic and programmatic decisions. He oversees database maintenance, builds and updates Tableau dashboards, and collaborates across teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. Brian also works closely with internal and external partners to streamline data sharing, maintain data quality, and deliver insights that help track student outcomes and inform key decisions.
