Atlanta Swim Academy is seeking a motivated, creative, and driven Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports lead generation, marketing execution, and social media marketing, helping us connect with local families who value safety, quality of life, and enrichment for their children.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Marketing Support
- Support lead generation initiatives that drive inquiries and enrollment
- Assist with audience research, segmentation, and CRM organization
- Help execute targeted campaigns that support business growth
Marketing Execution & ProcessÂ
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
- Help organize, document, and improve marketing workflows
- Track basic performance metrics and support reporting and analysis
Social Media & Digital MarketingÂ
- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Support paid and organic social media efforts
- Monitor engagement and assist with insights and optimization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Entry-Level | Engineer
Whiting-Turner provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and integrated project delivery services on projects small and large for a diverse group of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating work with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and site subcontractors and/or directing the work of all trades assigned to a construction work site.
- Managing estimating and bidding processes and tracking costs to manage project budget.
- Resolving and clarifying design issues.
- Identifying and resolving field issues and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management, Construction Technology.
- Knowledge of engineering principles.
- Knowledge of basic business principles sufficient to project and monitor expenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
Atlanta Regional Commission | Data Analyst
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) Office of Research and Innovation seek an entry level Data Analyst. The role requires a deeply curious person with strong statistical and analytical skills and will be responsible for providing technical support and professional analysis for the agency’s data collection and reporting functions.Â
