What brings me to this work?

I decided to bring my skills to postsecondary nonprofit work in order to support a new generation of Achieve Atlanta Scholars in pursuing their goals.

Augustine Jimenez joined Achieve Atlanta as a Program Associate, Scholarship & Affordability. He works with Achieve Atlanta Scholars to address a wide array of issues and needs, such as scholarship renewal.

A 2016 graduate of North Atlanta High School, Augustine earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Boston University, where he was selected as the 2019 Harry S. Truman Scholar from Georgia. Prior to joining Achieve Atlanta, Augustine worked as a paralegal at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and Georgia Legal Services Program.
