Donielle Dixon
Executive Assistant & Office Administrator
What brings me to this work?
I’ve always been passionate about supporting students on their journey to and through postsecondary education—ensuring they have the access, resources, and knowledge to succeed.
Donielle earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Alabama State University and went on to receive her master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University. She brings strong organizational skills and a background in nonprofit work and policy to the team. As Executive Assistant & Office Administrator at Achieve Atlanta, she manages executive scheduling and communications, supports organizational planning and logistics, coordinates internal operations, and assists in the smooth execution of key initiatives and events.
Before joining Achieve Atlanta, Donielle served as a legislative aide for two Georgia State Senators and an Urban Leaders Fellow in Oakland, California, where she worked on education policy and supported the California Legislative Black Caucus Youth Program. She has contributed to multiple political campaigns, including races for the Atlanta Board of Education and Oakland City Council At-Large. Donielle also worked for three years as a Program Coordinator at The Scholarship Academy, where she supported college access initiatives and nonprofit operations.
